The BS-85 vertical metal band saw with aluminium die-cast construction offers quiet operation, low energy consumption and an environmentally friendly design. Compact for use on the work surface, with a robust steel base, designed for dry cutting. Adjustable cutting angle (0° to 45°) and gear drive make it ideal for cutting bulk materials.
Powerful 1000 W motor
Equipped with an efficient cooling system with large ventilation openings to extend the life of the unit. The motor ensures quiet operation with low vibration and a stable cutting environment. Offers soft start and variable speed with adjustable control knob.
Precise and robust saw blade
Includes a 1325 × 13 mm saw blade with a thickness of 0,65 mm and variable tooth distribution (3,15 teeth/cm-4,72 teeth/cm). The blade tension can be adjusted with the handle before cutting. The stainless steel cutting mechanism ensures smooth movement. The quick-positioning jaws help to clamp the material precisely.
