💡 Terms and Conditions

1️⃣ Prices

• All prices in the LEDakcijas.lv store include 21% VAT.

• Delivery and installation are not included in the price of the item.

2️⃣ Order and Payment

• When you place an order on the website, a prepayment invoice is automatically generated and sent to you.

• Payment can be made:
  ✔️ using the online store’s payment tools,
  ✔️ via bank transfer,
  ✔️ upon pickup at the store—in cash or by card.

• The invoice is electronic and valid without a signature.

• Once we receive your payment, we will send you a receipt and information about your order status electronically (via email and text message).

• Goods are delivered within 14 days of receipt of payment, with the delivery time coordinated with the Buyer.

3️⃣ Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it by sending a return notice to the Seller (we will send you the form upon request).

• The item must be returned within 7 days after the cancellation letter is sent.

• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4️⃣ Liability for the Product

• Pursuant to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the PTAL, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the right of withdrawal period.

• The seller has the right to refuse the exercise of the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if:

  • the item is damaged or has been used contrary to the instructions,

  • the original packaging has been lost or significantly damaged.

5️⃣ Processing of Personal Data

• By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms and conditions and consent to the processing of their personal data so that the Seller can fulfill the order in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

• The buyer agrees to receive notifications regarding the processing of the order at the specified email address.
