1. Introduction

EverEco SIA (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “LEDakcijas.lv”) is a company registered in the Republic of Latvia that engages in the sale of non-food consumer goods.
In addition to our brick-and-mortar and online stores, we partner with leasing companies to offer customers the option to purchase goods on lease.

2. What Is Personal Data and How Do We Process It?

  • Personal data is any information that identifies a natural person (e.g., first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, etc.).

  • With regard to your data, we are the data controller, except in cases where we act as a data processor for a leasing company.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Customer Registration and Loyalty Club – to provide discounts, special offers, communications, and commercial messages (with consent).

  • Sale of goods —through an online store, via bank transfer, or in cash for amounts over 1,500 €, as well as to prepare payment documents and comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Delivery of Goods – To ship an order to the address or pickup point selected by the customer, the necessary information is provided to the delivery service providers (Omniva, Latvijas Pasts, DPD, etc.).

  • Lotteries and Promotions – Data processing is carried out with the participant's consent.

  • Video Surveillance – for security and property protection (recordings are stored for up to 30 days, unless they are required to be retained longer in cases specified by law).

  • Requests – the provision of information to state and local government agencies in accordance with the law.

  • Leasing transactions —in the capacity of a data processor, in accordance with cooperation agreements with leasing companies.

  • Employee recruitment – processing of candidate data solely for recruitment purposes (e.g., evaluation of qualifications and experience).

  • Other instances —surveys, customer events, or emergency situations—to protect vital interests.

4. Lawfulness of Processing

Personal data is processed only if:

  • it is necessary for the performance or conclusion of the contract,

  • we or third parties have legitimate interests,

  • we have received your consent,

  • a legal obligation must be fulfilled,

  • This is necessary to protect vital interests.

5. Processing of Special Categories of Data

We generally do not process special categories of data (e.g., health or religious data). Exceptions include exceptional circumstances or situations required by law (e.g., employee health examinations).

9. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as:

  • a contract or agreement is in effect,

  • it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations,

  • consent to data processing has been given,

  • is necessary to protect vital interests.
    Once these circumstances no longer apply, the data is permanently deleted.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or unlawful use. However, given the risks associated with the Internet, complete security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,

  • request that they be corrected, deleted, or that their processing be restricted,

  • objects to the processing of data,

  • withdraw consent,

  • receive data in a portable format,

  • file a complaint with the State Data Inspectorate.
