Features and Details

Effective Body Shaping
This squat machine helps maintain proper posture during squats, allowing you to fully reap the benefits of squat training. Controlled movements strengthen the glutes, legs, and core muscles. It also helps strengthen the lower back, increase energy, sculpt the body, reduce waist circumference, and tone the leg and gluteal muscles.

Comfortable Foam Support Rollers Unlike traditional squat exercises, this trainer supports your body weight and guides your movements through a natural, low-impact range of motion. The foam roller system and padded knee supports ensure smooth, friction-free movement, reduce pressure, and help improve flexibility, balance, and leg strength.

Sturdy construction and high load capacity
Made from a sturdy Q235 steel frame and equipped with non-slip rubber foot pads, this double-knee-support squat machine can support a load of up to 136 kg. Non-slip plastic pads protect the floor and prevent slipping, while the stable construction ensures safe use.

Adjustable Workout The seat has 2 adjustable length settings with a screw-lock system that allows for quick, tool-free adjustments. The set includes three resistance bands, allowing you to gradually increase the resistance. Suitable for both post-injury rehabilitation and building muscle strength.

: Compact and Easy to Fold With its compact dimensions (800 × 400 mm), this deep squat machine fits easily into a corner, making it ideal for apartments, small homes, or rehabilitation rooms. The set includes all necessary tools (wrench, hex key, locking pins) and detailed instructions, allowing you to assemble the machine in about 15 minutes.

Work out safely without putting extra strain on your knees or back! This double-knee-support squat machine with resistance bands and smooth rollers is an effective way to build lower-body strength, while reducing stress on your joints. Multifunctional in a single device—it serves as a personal squat trainer, a rehabilitation aid, and a practical addition to your home gym.
