Spray the product directly on the surfaces to be cleaned - mats, seats, floors, etc
Spray the product evenly
Wait until the product dries - do not rub into fabrics! ( If using on skin or hard surfaces such as plastic, spray and wipe with a damp cloth.)
If necessary, apply a second application after the surface has dried, especially if the odor is persistent.

Use the product in its pure form, without dilution. Especially if the odors are on fabrics and particularly persistent (eg milk or urine), spray more product, wait 5 minutes and wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth.
