Hikvision DS-2SF8C442MXG1-ELWY/14(F1) The TandemVu network camera combines a fixed 4 MP camera for continuous monitoring of large areas with a 4 MP PTZ camera for detailed observation of objects. Both channels operate simultaneously, allowing you to maintain a complete overview even while the PTZ camera is panning or zooming.

Two 4 MP video channels

The fixed and PTZ channels provide a resolution of up to 2688 × 1520. The fixed channel’s 4 mm lens covers a wide area, while the PTZ channel’s motorized 6–252 mm lens allows for detailed monitoring of distant objects.

42× optical zoom

The PTZ channel provides 42× optical and 16× digital zoom. The zoom range is suitable for large areas, industrial sites, transportation hubs, perimeter security, and critical infrastructure monitoring.

DarkFighter 2.0 technology

DarkFighter 2.0 technology provides high-quality color images in very low-light conditions. The minimum illumination for the fixed channel in color mode is 0.0005 lx, while for the PTZ channel it is 0.0003 lx.

Night visibility up to 300 m

The fixed camera is equipped with white auxiliary lighting with a range of up to 30 m. The PTZ camera’s infrared illumination has a range of up to 300 m, enabling surveillance of large areas in complete darkness.

Intelligent Object Detection and Tracking

Advanced machine learning features enable the simultaneous detection and capture of people, faces, and vehicles. The camera supports manual tracking, automatic tracking 3.0, tracking handover, and the capture of related objects.

Perimeter Security

The camera supports line-crossing, intrusion, entry into a zone, and exit from a zone detection. It also supports detection of abandoned and moved objects, prolonged presence, crowding, sudden movements, and unauthorized parking.

Facial and Vehicle Analysis

The camera can detect up to 30 faces simultaneously and supports face comparison against stored face databases. It offers recognition of vehicle and motorcycle license plates, as well as detection of vehicle type, color, make, and direction of travel.

Active visual and audible alerts

In the event of certain security incidents, the camera can activate a flashing white light and an audible alert from the built-in speaker. Alarm events can be linked to recording, notifications, and PTZ operations.

Improved image quality

The fixed channel provides a dynamic range of 120 dB, while the PTZ channel offers a dynamic range of 150 dB. The camera supports 3D noise reduction, optical fog compensation, and electronic image stabilization with a built-in gyroscope.

Durable outdoor structure

The IP67 protection rating provides protection against dust and water, while the IK10 rating protects against mechanical impacts, with the exception of the glass window. NEMA 4X corrosion protection, a wiper, and anti-fogging technology allow the camera to be used in challenging outdoor conditions.
