Description

The Hikvision DS-2SF8C425MXG1-ELWY/26 TandemVu camera simultaneously provides a panoramic view of a wide area and detailed monitoring of a selected object. The panoramic channel operates at a resolution of 6 MP, while the PTZ channel provides 4 MP images and 25× optical zoom.

A Comprehensive Overview

The Panorama Channel's 2.8 mm lens provides a horizontal field of view of 190° ± 5° and a vertical field of view of 80° ± 5°. The tilt of the panoramic module can be adjusted from 12° to 24°, allowing the monitored area to be adapted to the specific installation location.

25× optical zoom

The PTZ channel's motorized 6–150 mm lens provides 25× optical and 16× digital zoom. This allows you to zoom in and observe distant objects in detail without losing the overall panoramic view.

DarkFighter 2.0 technology

DarkFighter 2.0 technology ensures high-quality color images in day/night mode and improved camera performance in very low-light conditions. The minimum illumination for the panoramic channel is 0.0005 lx in color mode and 0.0001 lx in black-and-white mode.

Night visibility up to 300 m

The PTZ channel’s infrared illumination has a range of up to 300 m. The panoramic channel is equipped with white auxiliary lighting with a range of up to 30 m. Intelligent auxiliary lighting control helps prevent excessive illumination of objects.

Intelligent Object Detection and Tracking

Advanced machine learning features enable the detection, classification, and capture of people, faces, and vehicles. The camera supports Auto Tracking 3.0, manual tracking, and detection of line crossing, intrusion, entry into a zone, and exit from a zone.

The camera supports the recognition of vehicle and motorcycle license plates in checkpoint mode, as well as the identification of vehicle type, color, make, and direction of travel. License plate formats from more than 124 countries and regions are supported.

In the event of certain security incidents, a flashing white light warning and an audible alarm from the built-in speaker can be activated to attract attention or deter an intruder.

Durable outdoor structure

The IP67 protection rating protects the camera from dust and water, while the IK10 rating provides protection against mechanical impacts, excluding the glass lens. NEMA 4X corrosion protection makes the camera suitable for harsh outdoor conditions. The camera is equipped with a wiper and an anti-fog function.
