Connecting the relay to the hub takes less than a minute - just scan a QR code with the Ajax app. The miniature device (39×33×18 mm) easily fits into a junction box, electrical panel or switch box housing with a DIN holder. And the flexible external antenna ensures a stable connection.

Versatility of settings and low power consumption make the relay a universal tool for equipment control. The dry contact is not galvanically connected to the device's power supply, so it can be used in both low-voltage and household networks. The relay can easily be connected to a power supply unit paired with a backup battery.

Modern electric gates and barriers are equipped with a remote control. It consists of a controller and control devices such as a remote control. The controller receives commands from the control devices and activates the gate or barrier opening/closing mechanism.

To integrate with Ajax, the controller must have a control input for connecting wired buttons and relays. The absence of such an input does not delay the connection, but it significantly complicates the process - the relay will have to be connected directly to the drive or controller board. Also, the controller may have a non-standard control input or special control and operation modes, which should also be taken into account during integration.

Sending information about the state of the gate/barrier ("closed" and "open") to the Ajax app is possible if the controller has a status output.
