50 L Stainless Steel Fermentation Tank: Our alcohol still is equipped with a 50 L capacity, which allows you to distil about 12.5 kg of rice at a time, selectively heated to boiling point and then cooled to condense the steam. All stills are made of 304 food grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning.
The rectification tower is able to filter out high boiling point impurities in the wine vapour by using ceramic balls inside, allowing higher purity wines to reach the condensing unit. This allows a higher distillation purity, with 9 kg of fine alcohols at 50% by volume or 12.5 kg at 30%.
This moonshine still uses stainless steel coiled tubes with fast heat conduction, ensuring a solid cooling performance as well as a large contact area with the coolant, ensuring a relatively low temperature for the distilled product. In addition, an extra water circulating pump promotes faster water flow for efficient cooling.
Whisky ProductionKit includes a thermometer (0-150°C) to easily monitor the temperature of the alcohol in real time. Also included is a one-way exhaust valve to help release gas when fermenting grains (gas only escapes to the outside). Our distillation kit also includes a vinometer kit for accurate measurement of the wine's degree.
Versatile Heating Methods: This wine boiler is compatible with a variety of stoves, including gas, coal, gas and wood. It is ideal for fermenting liqueurs such as beer, brandy, whisky, wine and condiments such as soy sauce and vinegar.

The food grade stainless steel material chosen ensures the 50L large capacity of our alcohol still. Loop handles make lifting easier, while buckles are designed to improve tightness and provide a better seal.
Our moonshine still is equipped with a rectification tower that incorporates ceramic balls that allow higher purity wine vapours to penetrate the still, thus destroying impurities and improving the quality of the distillate.
The external condensation and the condensation of the inner tube are carried out simultaneously, providing a better cooling effect, while the built-in spiral tube provides a larger contact surface with the cooling water.
An additional circulating pump ensures faster water flow in the condensate circulation. The flowing water enters through the lower inlet and is discharged through the upper outlet.
The included thermometer allows real-time temperature monitoring. Gauze bags, SUS evaporator and outlet valve greatly facilitate the fermentation process. A viniometer kit is also available.
Our wine boiler allows it to be used not only in the home and outdoors, but also in restaurants and on farms. Various heating methods are available, including coal gas, gas and coal stove, wood heating, etc.
