CNC 3018 Router

The CNC 3018 PRO is an upgraded version of the 3018 CNC. The 3-pin laser driver interface supports PWM and TTL functions for full laser engraving capabilities. We provide a detailed user manual, assembly instructions, and installation videos for your convenience. You can enjoy engraving on plastic, soft aluminum, acrylic, PVC, PCB, and many other materials.

Large work area

The effective engraving area of this engraving machine is 30 x 18 x 4.5 cm. Three precision axes are designed for flat engraving. The axes can be moved manually using a handle, which makes it easier to set up the engraving tools. The control units consist of stainless steel lead screws and use double copper nuts to prevent circular errors.

An outstanding engine

This CNC engraving machine is equipped with three stepper motors (1.3A; 12V; 0.25 Nm torque) and a 775 DC motor (12–24V) with a rotational speed of 10,000 rpm. The engraver supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Linux, macOS, and other software solutions for directly importing JPG, BMP, PNG, and DXF files for engraving.

Enhanced Control Panel

The GRBL integrated control system ensures full functionality and stability. The offline controller offers the following advantages:

1. No need to connect to a computer;
2. Free selection of offline files for engraving;
3. Manually adjusting the positions of the X, Y, and Z axes as the starting point for engraving by manually turning the spindle on or off;
4. High precision: less than 0.076 mm.

Durable material

The frame is made of aluminum alloy and Bakelite, which ensure high durability and precision. The reinforced side plates improve x-axis precision. In addition, it is durable and can withstand daily intensive use.
