Complete Smart Video Intercom Kit

The EZVIZ HP5 is a smart home video intercom system that combines a 1080p outdoor camera, a doorbell, two-way communication, and a 17.8 cm color touchscreen. The system lets you see visitors, talk to them, and control a compatible electric lock or gate—both from the indoor monitor and remotely via the EZVIZ app.

1080p camera with a 134° field of view

The outdoor panel features a built-in camera with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, a 2.0 mm F1.6 lens, and a diagonal field of view of 134°. An automatic IR filter and two 850 nm infrared LEDs provide night vision up to 6 m. 2D and 3D digital noise reduction help produce a clearer image under various lighting conditions.

17.8 cm color touchscreen

The indoor monitor is equipped with a 17.8 cm touchscreen with a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels. It allows you to view live feeds and recordings, answer video calls, communicate with visitors, and control a connected lock or gate. Up to 20 ringtones are available.

Two-way audio and remote control

The built-in microphone and speaker enable two-way communication. Using the EZVIZ app, you can answer a visitor’s call even when you’re away from home, view a live feed, and authorizedly open the door or gate. A voice-changing feature is also available for added privacy.

Three Ways to Open a Door

A compatible electric lock can be opened using the RFID card included in the kit, from the indoor monitor, or remotely via the EZVIZ app. The kit includes 2 RFID cards. The outdoor panel has separate connections for the electric lock and automated gates.

2-wire connection

The HP5 is designed for simple 2-wire installation and is also compatible with suitable 4-wire systems. The maximum connection distance depends on the cable used: up to 50 m with a 2 × 0.75 mm² cable, up to 100 m with a 2 × 1.5 mm² cable, and up to 120 m with a suitable twisted-pair cable. This makes the kit suitable for replacing older intercom systems as well.

Dual-band Wi-Fi connection

The indoor camera supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, providing a connection to your home network and the EZVIZ app. The manufacturer's official specifications list the IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ac standards.

Up to 512 GB of storage for recordings

Recordings can be stored on a microSD memory card with up to 512 GB of storage. EZVIZ CloudPlay cloud storage is also supported, provided the service is available in your region. H.265 and H.264 video compression help make more efficient use of storage space and network bandwidth.

Door panel suitable for outdoor conditions

The outdoor panel is designed for outdoor use and is equipped with a protective cover. Its operating temperature range is from -30 °C to +60 °C, while the indoor monitor’s operating temperature range is from -10 °C to +45 °C.
