About this product

30L Stainless Steel Fermenter. In addition, the entire alcohol distillation kit is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning.

With a ceramic ball pack inside, the rectification tower is able to filter out higher boiling pointimpurities in the wine vapour, ensuring that higher purity wine is passed to the condensing unit. This contributes to a higher distillation purity, with a yield of 5 kg of pure alcohol at 50% alcohol by volume or 7.5 kg at 30%.

Efficient condensation treatment: This still uses stainless steel coil tubes with fast heat conduction, ensuring a solid cooling performance as well as a large contact area with the coolant, which ensures a low temperature for the distilled product. In addition, during the condensation process, an additional water circulating pump helps to accelerate the coolant flow.

Included accessory kit: The Whisky Production Kit includes a thermometer (0-150°C) to easily monitor the real-time temperature of the alcohol. A one-way air release valve is also included, and 2/3 water is added to help vent the air when fermenting the grains (the gas can only pass out). Our distillation kit also comes with a vinometer kit to accurately measure the degree of wine.

Versatile heating methods: this wine boiler is compatible with a variety of heaters, including gas stoves, coal stoves, coal gas and wood. It is ideal for alcohol production such as beer, brandy, whisky, wine, as well as for fermenting condiments such as soy sauce and vinegar.
