Effective alkaline industrial water-based cleaning agent (high-performance concentrate) Suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaning as well as other cleaning processes Gentle and effective removal of heavy dirt with deep penetration into hard-to-reach areas Applications: Ideally suited for all types of standard ultrasonic cleaning systems Suitable for: Oil and oil filters, pistons, cylinder heads, diesel injection pumps, carburetors, radiators, turbochargers, wheel bearings, and their parts in workshops and industry; tool cleaning (blind holes) Tableware, stainless steel tubes and wire products; machines and components, equipment, screws; removes the following contaminants: resins and waxes, grinding, polishing, and abrasive residues Bitumen, asphalt Adhesive residues (labels), emulsifiers Metal shavings/chips, pigment impurities, soot, and graphite Lubricants, oils, coolants, anti-corrosion agents, and oils Properties: Strong effect on carbon and pigments Effective with high cleaning power from 40 °C; economical and cost-effective; also suitable for cleaning aluminum parts; meets the requirements of ÖNORM B 5104, B 5105, and B 5106 for wastewater; Does not contain hydrochloric acid; after cleaning, treated parts can be easily galvanized or painted; Environmentally friendly, surface-active substances are readily biodegradable (according to OECD criteria) Application method: Concentration 3–5%; pH 13.5; Contains nitrogen; Blasts away dirt! Recommended dosage: light or normal soiling | 3–4% | 1:30; heavy soiling | 5% | 1:20 (Rinse with water after cleaning, otherwise cleaning agent residues will remain, which will interfere with proper painting/galvanizing.)
