The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Steam Air Fryer 7L combines traditional hot-air frying, steam cooking, and a combination of both technologies. 360° hot air circulation, combined with dynamic steam, helps create a crispy exterior while keeping the inside juicy and tender.

1.5 L water tank and steam up to 130 °C

The 1.5-liter water tank located at the top ensures a continuous supply of steam. The 900-watt steam generator produces steam up to 130 °C in just a few seconds, making the appliance suitable not only for deep-frying but also for steaming vegetables, fish, meat, and other foods.

10 cooking functions

The appliance offers 10 cooking functions: hot air frying, steaming, a combination of steam and hot air, baking, sous-vide cooking, intense crispy frying, proofing, drying, defrosting, and reheating. The temperature can be adjusted within a wide range from 30 to 230 °C.

7 L capacity for the whole family

The spacious 7-liter basket allows you to cook larger quantities of food at once. The manufacturer states that it can hold a whole chicken, approximately 800 g of french fries, or up to 24 chicken wings. The included rack allows you to cook food on two levels.

Cooking Without Trimming the Ingredients

Cyclic 360° hot air circulation ensures even heating from all sides, so in many cases, there is no need to turn the food during cooking. This helps ensure more even results and simplifies the cooking process.
