Features and Details
150 dB Train-Style Horn Kit: This train-style horn kit delivers a powerful sound of up to 150 dB with high penetration. Ideal for long-distance driving, sharp turns, and adverse weather conditions. Effectively alerts other vehicles, pedestrians, and animals. The electric train horn kit includes 4 air horns, a solenoid valve, a 6-liter air tank, a compressor, and tubing. (Note: The power switch and power cord are not included.)
Air compressor 6.2–8.3 bar: The compressor operates within a pressure range of 6.2–8.3 bar and is equipped with a sensitive pressure gauge for real-time pressure monitoring. It automatically turns on when the pressure drops below 6.2 bar and shuts off above 8.3 bar to prevent overpressure. The tank maintains optimal air pressure; additionally, built-in safety valves protect the compressor, and a drain plug facilitates easy condensate removal.
High airtightness: The train horn kit for trucks is made of durable zinc alloy and steel with an anti-corrosion coating. It is resistant to corrosion, impact, and wear. The air compressor features a leak-proof design and a tightly welded air tank, which reduces the risk of leaks.
Shock Absorption and High-Temperature Resistance: The 4-tank set is equipped with a thick rubber cushion to reduce noise and improve stability when installed between the tank and the vehicle chassis. The PA gas pipe withstands temperatures up to 120 °C, while the motor is equipped with 100 °C thermal overload protection, ensuring safe operation in various weather and road conditions.
Universal 12V compatibility: The train horn kit is designed for any vehicle with a 12V battery system, including trucks, SUVs, boats, and others. Universal compatibility ensures easy use without compatibility issues.
