VEVOR Portable Propane Forge with 1 burner, 1433°C, for metalworking and knife forging

About this product

: Enhanced Craftsmanship and Durability. The high-quality construction ensures greater safety during use. The furnace is made of corrosion-resistant Grade 201 stainless steel, which withstands high temperatures, flue gases, and chemical exposure, ensuring a long service life.

Efficient heating and stable temperature:
The 30-mm-thick fire-resistant cotton insulation effectively concentrates heat and reduces heat loss. Equipped with a single powerful burner that ensures even and intense heating, the forge quickly reaches and maintains a stable temperature of up to 1433°C, creating the ideal environment for metalworking. With its high performance, it makes it easy to create high-quality metal tools or works of art.

Greater capacity and flexible loading
The square design provides a taller and more spacious interior, suitable for metal workpieces of various sizes and shapes. The forge is adapted for various forging needs, including the production of knives, pins, rivets, screws, and shears. The scientifically engineered interior improves heating efficiency.

: Improved Design and Safety The Kalve housing is made of 1.2 mm thick, corrosion-resistant 201-grade stainless steel with a seamless exterior finish. The improved burners, featuring flanges and rivets, ensure durability and eliminate the risk of flame leakage. For added safety, the CSA-certified propane hose is equipped with threaded connections that replace traditional clamps, eliminating the risk of gas leaks.

Simple operation and temperature control: The
Kalve is equipped with a single burner. The air valve regulates the air-to-propane ratio, while the regulator controls the propane flow. These settings allow you to precisely adjust the flame power and temperature for working with various metals, including gold, copper, silver, stainless steel, steel, brass, bronze, magnesium, aluminum, alloys, lead, and tin.

With our portable propane forge and its outstanding performance, you'll be able to easily create high-quality metal tools or works of art.

The blacksmith's forge is suitable for a variety of forging needs, including the production of knives, pins, cufflinks, screws, scissors, and other metal products, offering a wide range of applications.

The improved design ensures greater safety during the manufacturing and forging processes. Corrosion-resistant 201-grade stainless steel withstands high temperatures, flue gases, and chemical exposure, ensuring the longevity and durability of the propane forge.

The heat output and temperature can be precisely adjusted with three simple settings. Our gas forges are designed for forging various metals, including gold, silver, stainless steel, steel, brass, bronze, magnesium, aluminum, alloys, lead, tin, and other materials.

Thanks to its modular design, this blacksmith's gas forge is lightweight and portable, making it easy to change the forging location.
