The set includes two 304 stainless steel sieves —one with a 40-mesh screen and one with a 100-mesh screen. You can choose the one that best suits your needs: generally, the 40-mesh sieve is suitable for sifting flour, while the 100-mesh sieve is ideal for sifting finer particles. We offer a variety of mesh sizes for you to choose from.
