Quick-drying acrylic paint

MOTIP Rallye 04005 is a fast-drying, black, glossy acrylic spray paint with high coverage and excellent adhesion. It is designed for painting both treated and untreated surfaces.

Wide range of applications

This paint is suitable for surfaces made of metal, wood, glass, ceramics, and various plastics. It forms a hard and durable coating that is suitable for both repair work and decorative surface treatment.

Durable surface

Once dry, the coating is wear- and scratch-resistant. The paint is resistant to gasoline, chemicals, and weather conditions.

UV and Light Resistance

The paint has good resistance to light and UV radiation, which helps preserve its black color and glossy finish for longer.

High coverage and adhesion

The acrylic formula provides good coverage, surface hardness, and excellent adhesion to a properly prepared surface. One 500-ml aerosol can covers an approximate area of 1.5–2 m².

Drying time

Under appropriate conditions, the paint is dust-dry after 5–10 minutes, touch-dry after 10–20 minutes, and fully cured and ready for recoating after approximately 2 hours. Drying time is affected by ambient temperature, humidity, and the thickness of the applied coat.

Temperature Resistance

Once cured, the paint coating is heat-resistant up to +110°C.

Instructions for Use

The surface to be treated must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Remove any loose old paint and rust, then sand the surface and, if necessary, prime it with a MOTIP primer suitable for the substrate.

The aerosol should be at room temperature before use. The optimal application temperature is 15–25°C. Shake the aerosol thoroughly for 2 minutes before use and perform a test spray. The recommended spraying distance is approximately 25–30 cm.

Apply the paint in several thin coats. Shake the aerosol can well before applying each subsequent coat. After use, turn the aerosol can upside down and hold the spray nozzle down for about 5 seconds to clean the valve.
