Brake System Installation Lubricant

MOTIP Brake Assembly Grease is a high-quality, metal-free assembly grease designed for the assembly of brake system components. It helps prevent parts from seizing, sticking, and premature wear, and also makes them easier to disassemble later.

High thermal stability

The lubricant has high thermal stability and retains its protective and lubricating properties within a temperature range of -30°C to +180°C.

Protection Against Water and Corrosion

MOTIP assembly grease is water-repellent and provides excellent protection against corrosion. It is resistant to water, salt, weak acids and bases, as well as to weather conditions and various chemicals.

Excellent traction

The lubricant has excellent adhesion to the surface being treated, so it remains on the parts even under mechanical and thermal stress. The directed spray jet allows the product to be applied precisely where needed.

Instructions for Use

Before use, carefully read the instructions on the package and follow them.

The optimal processing temperature is 10–25°C.

Shake the aerosol before use.

Before installation, spray lubricant onto the brake system components to be serviced.

The lubricant can be removed with MOTIP brake cleaner.

Avoid contact with the brake rotors and the friction surfaces of the brake pads.
