STRANDS BIG ENERGY 2.0 is a next-generation LED high-beam headlight with improved light output and a new Extended Beam pattern. In Xperience mode, it delivers an actual light output of 9,100 lumens, significantly enhancing the vehicle’s standard high beams.

Light range up to 601 m

In Xperience mode, the headlight provides 1 lx of illumination at a distance of 601 m. It is designed for situations where good visibility at long distances is required, especially when driving on dark roads and in challenging lighting conditions.

Xperience and E-mode operating modes

The headlight has two main lighting modes. Xperience mode provides a maximum power of 98W and is designed for very dark and challenging driving conditions. E-mode operates at 24W and is ECE R148/R149-approved with a reference number of 20. This mode is particularly well-suited for rain and snow, as it helps reduce glare from water droplets.

White and amber position lights

In addition to the high-beam function, BIG ENERGY 2.0 offers a choice between white and amber parking lights. The white parking light consumes 6W, while the amber parking light consumes 6.5W.

5700K light color

The color temperature of the main high beams is 5700K, providing bright, cool-white lighting and good visibility of the road and surrounding area during the dark hours of the day.

10–32 V operating voltage

The wide 10–32V DC operating voltage range allows the light to be used in both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems. The manufacturer specifically recommends it for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, as well as other vehicles that require improved high-beam lighting.

IP69K protection rating

The IP69K protection rating ensures a very high level of protection against water, dirt, and adverse weather conditions. The light is designed for intensive use and demanding operating conditions.

Durable aluminum housing

The lamp housing is made of aluminum, while the lens is made of polycarbonate. This design ensures resistance to mechanical stress and environmental factors, while maintaining the lamp’s compact shape.

Compact design for easy installation

The light has a width of 176.7 mm, a height of 162.4 mm, and a depth of only 66.6 mm. The total height, including the mounting bracket, is 184.6 mm. Its compact design allows the lamp to be installed even in areas with limited space.

DT-4PIN connector

A DT-4PIN connector is used for the electrical connection. The light is equipped with a 550-mm-long cable, which makes it easy to connect to the vehicle's electrical system.

Wide operating temperature range

BIG ENERGY 2.0 is designed to operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C, making it suitable for use in both harsh winter conditions and high ambient temperatures.

The headlight is E-approved and complies with the requirements of ECE R10.06, R148, and R149. The reference number for E-mode is 20.
