VEVOR Cooling System Pressure Tester Kit, 47 pieces, radiator vacuum filling kit with 3 metal adapters, universal compatibility, automotive cooling system pressure tester with pump and aluminum-plastic filler

Radiator Pressure Tester and Fill Kit (47 pieces):
The 47-piece radiator pressure tester kit includes a pressure pump, a vacuum and coolant filling tool, metal adapters, color-coded test caps, and a universal conical adapter. A comprehensive solution for leak detection, temperature testing, and fluid refilling.

Universal compatibility with vehicles:
The coolant pressure tester kit includes several adapter sizes, each clearly labeled on the packaging for easy identification. Compatible with most cars, SUVs, and light trucks, including popular brands such as BMW, Ford, Fiat, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and others.

Hermetic design:
This high-strength aluminum-plastic filling tool ensures excellent airtightness and pressure resistance. The kit includes an impact-resistant precision pressure gauge (–76 to 0 cmHg, max. vacuum –0.83 bar / –62 cmHg) and brass quick-connect fittings with threaded sealing tape for fast, safe, and leak-free operation.

Efficient vacuum and coolant filling:
The radiator vacuum filling kit includes a U.S. standard air nozzle as well as an EU nozzle for flexible connection to compressors. The extended, transparent filling hose is durable and flexible, with a built-in filter that prevents debris from entering the radiator for safer and cleaner filling.

Organized and portable box:
The radiator pressure tester kit comes in a dust- and water-resistant carrying case, which keeps all the tools neatly organized.
Safety Note: Never change the coolant while the system is hot. Always wear safety goggles and gloves, and proceed with caution to avoid splashing hot coolant.

Our radiator pressure tester kit includes adapters in several sizes, ensuring a secure fit for the radiator openings of various vehicles. This improves the seal and prevents leaks during vacuum or pressure testing.

Lightweight yet durable—this corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy pump withstands repeated pressure cycles during cooling system leak testing without deforming.

Equipped with a precise, impact-resistant pressure gauge with a measurement range of –76 to 0 mmHg (–30 to 0 inHg). Clear and stable readings, ensured by rubber cushioning, improve durability and guarantee precise vacuum monitoring for safer operation.

Brass quick-connect fittings ensure fast and efficient connection to an air compressor. An air pressure of approximately 6.2 bar with an appropriate air flow rate is required.
Note: Do not change the coolant while the engine is hot. Wear safety goggles and gloves, and exercise caution to avoid being scalded by the hot fluid.
