Warranty:Replacement of the damaged product or issuance of a credit invoice will be carried out within 7 working days from the receipt of the product at the Warranty RMA department. In case the product is sent for repair to an authorized service center or is repaired at the Warranty RMA department, the warranty process may take up to 30 days from the moment of receipt of the product at the Warranty RMA department.
In the event that the product is found to have mechanical damage or other conditions, on the basis of which the warranty service is refused, the options and deadlines for out-of-warranty repair are discussed separately.
