Automatic Mixing The paint pressure tank is equipped with a pneumatic motor for automatic mixing, ensuring uniform blending of the paint and preventing it from thickening or settling. Manual mixing is not required, allowing for more efficient work. The suction hose has a filter that effectively blocks impurities and prevents clogging of the paint gun and hose.

30-liter capacity
The paint spray tank has a capacity of 30 liters, with an inlet and outlet diameter of 0.64 cm and a fluid outlet diameter of 0.95 cm. This exceptionally large capacity allows you to efficiently complete painting jobs on building exteriors, outdoor fences, boats, home decor, and more, without having to refill the paint frequently.

Paint Spray Gun The pressure tank is equipped with a 4 mm paint spray gun that is compatible with most types of paint, including latex, lacquer, metallic, and multi-color paints. The set also includes two 3-meter hoses and four casters, which make it easy to move the tank to different work sites.

Adjustable Pressure
The working pressure of the paint tank can be adjusted up to ≤4.8 bar. Precise adjustment is ensured by the pressure adjustment knob, and a precise pressure gauge displays the current pressure. A safety valve automatically relieves pressure if it exceeds 0.5 MPa, ensuring safe operation. Note: Must be used with your own air compressor.

Enhanced Sealing Performance The inner and outer layers of the paint pressure tank are made of high-pressure-resistant, impact-resistant metal steel. The rim of the can is equipped with a rubber sealing ring and four safety latches for a tight seal. The set also includes a sealant to prevent leaks. Each product undergoes a water-tightness test before shipment to ensure there are no gas leaks.

A large-capacity paint pressure tank with automatic mixing is ideal for both home and industrial painting projects. It allows you to cover large areas in a single pass, reducing the need for frequent paint refills.

The paint spray gun is suitable for commonly used paints such as latex, water-based sand, and metallic coatings. It is equipped with three adjustment knobs for controlling air pressure, paint flow, and spray pattern, ensuring even, fan-shaped atomization.

Use with your air compressor. The pressure tank operates within a pressure range of up to 4.8 bar and is equipped with an automatic safety valve that releases pressure if it exceeds 0.5 MPa, ensuring safe operation.

Note: Before use, make sure there is no residual pressure in the paint tank. If there is residual pressure, the operator can pull the red cap on the safety valve release ring to completely release the air pressure inside the tank, ensuring safe operation.

The 4 lid clamps securely seal the tank. In addition, thread sealant provides an extra seal and protection against rust and corrosion. Our paint container has passed a water-tightness test and has no gas leaks.
