Automatic mixing: The paint pressure tank is equipped with a pneumatic motor for automatic mixing, which ensures even mixing of the paint and prevents it from thickening or settling. Manual mixing is not required, ensuring efficient operation. The suction hose is equipped with a filter that effectively traps debris and prevents clogging of the spray gun and hose.

10 L capacity: The spray paint pressure tank has a capacity of 10 L, with an inlet and outlet diameter of 6.4 mm and a fluid outlet diameter of 9.5 mm. This capacity allows for efficient painting of exterior walls, outdoor fences, boats, interior elements, and other surfaces without the need for frequent refills.

Even spraying with a spray gun: The pressure tank is equipped with a 1.5 mm spray gun that is compatible with most types of paint, including latex, varnish, metallic, and multicolor paints. The set includes two 3-meter hoses and four swivel casters, which make it easy to move the tank to different work sites.

Adjustable pressure: The working pressure of the paint tank can be adjusted up to 4.8 bar. The pressure can be precisely set using the adjustment knob, and a precise pressure gauge displays the real-time pressure. A safety valve automatically relieves pressure if it exceeds 0.5 MPa, ensuring safe operation. Note: Use with your own air compressor.

Improved airtightness performance: The inner and outer layers of the paint pressure tank are made of high-pressure-resistant, impact-resistant carbon steel. The tank opening is equipped with a rubber O-ring and four secure locking mechanisms that ensure a tight seal. The kit also includes a sealing repair kit. Each product undergoes a water tightness test before shipment to ensure there are no gas leaks.

A large-capacity paint pressure tank with automatic mixing is ideal for both home and industrial painting projects. It allows you to cover large areas in a single pass, reducing the need to refill the paint frequently.

The paint spray gun is suitable for commonly used paints, such as latex, water-based sand, and metallic coatings. It is equipped with three adjustment knobs for controlling air pressure, paint flow, and spray pattern, ensuring even, fan-shaped atomization.

Use with your air compressor. The pressure tank operates within a pressure range of up to 4.8 bar and is equipped with an automatic safety valve that releases pressure if it exceeds 0.5 MPa, ensuring safe operation.

Note: Before use, make sure there is no residual pressure in the paint reservoir. If residual pressure is present, the operator can pull the release ring on the red safety valve cap on the lid to fully release the internal air pressure in the tank, ensuring safe operation.

The four lid clamps can securely seal the tank. In addition, the thread sealant provides an extra layer of sealing and prevents rust and corrosion. Our paint container has passed a leak test, ensuring that there are no gas leaks.
