Hub Plus is the central device of the Ajax system that coordinates the connected devices and communicates with the user and the security company. Designed for indoor use only.

Connectivity and data security
Hub Plus requires an internet connection to communicate with the Ajax Cloud server, providing:

Configuration and management from anywhere in the world,
event notification transfer,
software updates.

Data and system activity logs are stored with multi-level protection, while data exchange with Hub Plus is encrypted and runs 24/7.

Communication channels
For connection to the Ajax Cloud you can use:

Ethernet,
Wi-Fi,
GSM network.

It is recommended to use all channels to ensure maximum reliability.

Control
Hub Plus can be controlled with the iOS, Android, macOS and Windows app. The app allows immediate response to security system notifications.

Notification types: push messages, SMS or calls (customisable in settings).
If the system is connected to a centralised security panel, the alarm is sent directly to it, bypassing the Ajax Cloud.

Supported devices and protocol

Supports up to 150 Ajax devices.
The reliable Jeweller radio protocol ensures stable communication up to 2 km in line-of-sight conditions.

Automation
Use scenarios to automate your system and reduce the number of routine operations:

Security schedule adjustment,
Programming the operation of automatic devices (Relay, WallSwitch, Socket),
