Fermenting 2 kg of rice will yield 4 kg of mash, and you can distil approximately 2.5 kg of alcohol.

Food-grade materials: both the fermentation tank and the cooling tank are made of food-grade stainless steel for longer life and corrosion resistance. The condensation tube is made of stainless steel, which, compared to copper tubes, does not form copper oxidation and is less prone to rust and damage. The gaskets and water pipes are made of food-grade silicone, safe and durable.
