This alcohol distiller provides a fermentation capacity of 30L.
- Kettle size: ⌀35 x 35 cm
- Condenser size: 20 x 11 cm
- Can ferment up to 30L of raw material, making it ideal for family events.
- All components are made from food grade materials including silicone, stainless steel and copper.
The distillation set uses an open cooling system. The copper coil provides high thermal conductivity, a larger contact surface with the coolant and lower distillation temperatures. A circulating water pump is included to help save cooling water. A rubber pad under the condenser improves insulation and accelerates cooling.
Includes a real-time thermometer located on the lid. The display of two units(°C and °F) makes it easy to monitor the temperature of the wine during distillation.
Food-grade silicone tubing is used, which is flexible and durable, preventing deformation and ensuring a leak-proof connection. Four buckles and silicone gaskets on the lid ensure a secure seal. One-way outlet valve included to facilitate the fermentation process.
