Rapid cooling: the distillation kit uses an open cooling method. The copper coil provides fast heat conduction and a large contact area with the coolant, ensuring lower distillation temperatures. A water pump is included to help save cooling water. A rubber pad under the condenser helps to insulate and speed up cooling.
Easy to use: the Distillation Kit features a real-time thermometer on the lid, with Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures on two displays, convenient for monitoring the temperature of the wine during the distillation process. Cold water is supplied to the lower inlet in a stabilised manner, while hot water is discharged from the upper outlet valve, ensuring efficient cooling.
The built-in Celsius and Fahrenheit thermometer makes distillation more controllable and precise. The operator can quickly check the temperature of the still, ensuring a better distillation effect. Cooling water circulation is required when the temperature reaches about 80 degrees. This distiller is equipped with a trumper where spices or medicinal herbs can be added as required to adjust the desired flavour.
We use food-grade silicone tubing with more flexibility for better sealing, and four advanced fastening buckles and silicone sealing rings make for a tight seal. The improved one-way outlet valve makes water or wine distillation easier, allowing you to easily control the process.
