19L Dual Condenser Distillation Kit

We offer a complete kit for this flavour enhancing distiller, ideal for home production of fruit wines, whisky, brandy, champagne, vodka, water, ethanol and other distilled products.
The kit includes fermentation tank, tank lid, cooling boiler and Thumper tank. The fermentation tank is available in different sizes: 11.4L, 19L, 30L, 50L, ideal for family events or parties with friends.

Safe Fermentation and Heating

• The fermentation tank is easy to use. The one-way outlet valve vents the gases produced during fermentation, reducing the internal pressure.
• The reinforced stainless steel base is suitable for a variety of heating methods, including wood fires and gas stoves, preventing warping and damage.
• A temperature gauge inside the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, making it easy to monitor the temperature during distillation.

Second Distillation System

• The Thumper tank is added in front of the cooling pot, ensuring a cleaner and richer taste.
• The Thumper Tank improves the purity of the distillation by liquefying and precipitating impurities in the alcohol vapour to produce high alcohol whisky or other beverages.
• You can also add a variety of flavour ingredients to enhance the complexity of the finished drink.

Fast and Efficient Cooling

• Copper coils with excellent thermal conductivity provide fast cooling with a large contact surface that speeds up the cooling process.
• Smooth and pleat-free tubing eliminates residues of distilled alcohol, water and essential oils, ensuring a tasteless distillate.
• A water pump promotes water circulation for cooling, and inlet and outlet valves control the flow rate, ensuring complete and efficient cooling.

Safe Sealing

• Silicone leak guards at corrugated pipe joints prevent water vapour leaks, reducing the risk of burns and other injuries.
• Awrench is used to tighten the connections firmly during assembly, ensuring safe and clean distillation.
• The fermentation tank lid is equipped with four locking clasps and internal seals, guaranteeing hygiene and optimal fermentation results.

  • Alcohol vaporises at approximately 78°C
  • Water vapour forms at approximately 100°C

  After fermentation, this tank can be used directly for heating to continue the distillation process efficiently.
