High-Performance, Low-Profile LED Warning Light

The OPTIBEAM Dark Phantom SX3 is a compact, high-intensity LED warning light with directional optics and an ultra-low profile. It is designed for horizontal mounting on vehicles and work equipment where an effective, highly visible warning light signal is required.

Yellow light and a dark lens

This version features a yellow warning light and a dark-tinted polycarbonate lens. When off, the dark lens ensures a discreet appearance, while when on, the powerful LEDs produce a bright warning signal. The light uses 15 LEDs.

ECE R65 Class 2 Approval

The warning light is ECE R65-approved for categories XA2, XB2, and XR2, Class 2, as well as ECE R10-approved for electromagnetic compatibility. Class 2 functionality provides two light intensity levels for different operating conditions.

Two memory settings

The flashlight offers two separate memory settings for operating modes and saves the last flashing program used. This allows you to quickly switch between preselected alert modes.

Several flashing modes

The control system offers several flashing modes, including single, double, triple, quadruple, and variable flashing cycles, as well as Cruise mode. The flashing programs can be changed using the control cable.

Synchronization of up to 20 lights

Up to 20 Dark Phantom SX3 lights can be synchronized within a single system. They can be configured to flash simultaneously or in sequence, allowing for coordinated warning lighting on larger vehicles and work equipment.

Reduced-Power Mode

A separate control wire allows you to activate the low-brightness mode. This is suitable for situations where full brightness is not necessary, such as in a dark environment or when the vehicle is stationary.

Integrated Position Light Mode

This yellow version of the Dark Phantom SX3 features a built-in orange position light, which complements its warning light capabilities.

IP67 and IP69K protection

The IP67 and IP69K protection ratings provide a high level of protection against dust, water, and high-pressure water jets, making the light suitable for vehicles and equipment that are regularly used in harsh weather conditions.

Durable aluminum housing

The flashlight's body is made of aluminum, while the lens is made of durable polycarbonate. The design is intended for use in environments subject to vibration and changing weather conditions. Built-in reverse polarity protection helps safeguard the electronics in the event of an incorrect electrical connection.

Extremely compact design

Measuring just 88.6 × 28 × 10.5 mm, the light can be installed in locations with limited mounting space. The center-to-center distance of the mounting screws is 77.3 mm, and the light is designed for horizontal installation.

12–24 V electrical systems

The wide 12–24 V operating voltage range allows the headlight to be used in passenger and commercial vehicles, trucks, service vehicles, and other equipment with a compatible DC electrical system.

5-strand open splice

The light has a 250-mm-long, 5-wire cable. The individual wires are designated for grounding, two warning modes, a reduced-power mode, and synchronization/setup functions.
