19L Dual Condenser Distillation Kit

We offer a complete kit for this flavour enhancing distiller, ideal for home production of fruit wines, whisky, brandy, champagne, vodka, water, ethanol and other distilled products.
The kit includes fermentation tank, tank lid, cooling boiler and Thumper tank. The fermentation tank is available in different sizes: 11.4L, 19L, 30L, 50L, ideal for family events or parties with friends.

Safe Fermentation and Heating

• The fermentation tank is easy to use. The one-way outlet valve vents the gases produced during fermentation, reducing the internal pressure.
• The reinforced stainless steel base is suitable for a variety of heating methods, including wood fires and gas stoves, preventing warping and damage.
• A temperature gauge inside the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, making it easy to monitor the temperature during distillation.

Second Distillation System

• The Thumper tank is added in front of the cooling pot, ensuring a cleaner and richer taste.
• The Thumper Tank improves the purity of the distillation by liquefying and precipitating impurities in the alcohol vapour to produce high alcohol whisky or other beverages.
• You can also add a variety of flavour ingredients to enhance the complexity of the finished drink.

• Copper coils with excellent thermal conductivity provide fast cooling with a large contact surface that speeds up the cooling process.

About this product

Sufficient capacity. 30 x 30 cm, condenser: 20 x 11 cm, trumper: 18 x 10 cm, allowing fermentation of up to 19 litres of raw material. Ideal for family events. All components are made from food grade materials including silicone, stainless steel and copper.

Rapid cooling: the distillation kit uses an open cooling method. The copper coil provides fast heat conduction and a large contact area with the coolant, ensuring lower distillation temperatures. A water pump is included to help save cooling water. A rubber pad under the condenser helps to insulate and speed up cooling.

Easy to use: the Distillation Kit features a real-time thermometer on the lid, with Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures on two displays, convenient for monitoring the temperature of the wine during the distillation process. You can add spices to the trumper to add flavour to your spirit, enhancing its taste without the need for professional flavour technology.

Durable and tightly sealed: Unlike conventional tubing, we use food-grade silicone tubing that is flexible and durable, and does not bend easily to ensure a good seal. Four fasteners and silicone gaskets inside the lid help seal tightly. In addition, the set comes with a one-way outlet valve which is easy to use during fermentation.

Versatile use: our alcohol distillation kit is multifunctional. Depending on your preferences, you can make whisky, wine, brandy, rum, tequila, vodka, still water, ethanol, essential oils and other spirits.
